EICRs & Electrical Testing
Electrical installation condition reports and periodic testing.
About this service
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) checks that the electrical installations in your property are safe. We carry out EICRs and periodic electrical testing for homeowners, landlords and businesses, providing a clear, honest report of the condition of your electrics and any work that may be recommended.
Where our testing finds wiring that is worn or no longer suitable, we explain what we have found and discuss whether a full or partial rewire is the sensible next step.
